I recently installed the MH Treasury component and module and everything seems to be working great.   But I just noticed that we received 2 payments via check that didn't post.  They show up on the backend as pending but they both have cleared and don't seem to show up on the website.  Do they automatically post once cleared or do I have to manually enter the transaction once cleared?

once the transaction is marked as cleared, the Paypal IPN system should send notification that the pending check is updated.  If it is not happening, then I will check on a few things on my side to make sure.

Well, I have 2 checks that have been donated.   One was on 4/28/08 and the other was today 5/03/08.  According to Paypal, the first check shows that it "cleared" on 05/02/08.   The backend of MH2 Treasury still shows it to be pending and doesn't seem to have added it to the funds.   

I will keep looking for any changes and let you know if it eventually posts.

I'm having the same problem... While a credit/debit card payment clears immediately, an e-check payment stays in the "pending" status.  Help!

Have you upgraded to the latest version?

I upgraded to the newest release, and the pending status still shows.  What can I do to "force" the cleared status?

You can either change the status in the backend MySQL. If you are still unsure how to do that, I can write a quick little program that will allow you for force the change out of pending.

I am unsure how to do that... sorry for my lack of skills in this.  Thanks for your help.
