You are missing the config.mh2treasury.php file from your /components/com_mh2treasury/ directory.

The attached ZIP contains a blank file for uploading.

There is no index.php associated with the Treasury.

Can you PM me contact information.  If you have Teamspeak/Ventrilo or a phone number and we can walk through it.

Just had a thought (or memory synapse fired)  If you have any files or directories that are set to 777 and your web host has installed SUEXEC then you will need to change those to 755.

After working with your site I determined that for some reason the files did not get uploaded in Binary mode.

The situation has been rectified and it is now working as expected.

This sounds like a permission issue.
Your web host has installed some protection onto their server, this protection restricts the permissions you can set on your server to a maximum of 755.

What looks like you have is directories and/or files that are set to 777.  Review the directories and files to make sure that anything set to 777 gets changed to 755.
