There is no delete entry in order to maintain the consistency of data.  It is probably something that I should add!! In lieu of that, you can find the entry in the mh2tr_transactions database and just delete the record there via phpmyadmin.

The system does not actually send the emails, it comes from Paypal direct.  Easiest way to have the notification sent to multiple people is to create a forward in your cPanel.  The forward will copy the messages to each person listed.

In the backend, after you check the branding, there should be an option for the type of branding you would like.  After you change that, you will need to save the config.

Backend again, Custom fields.  If the user is logged in it will not request a name because it already has their user name.

Also, after upgrading to the 2.30 -- please make sure that you resave your configuration.

OK --- From what I see looking at your IPN link is that you have a "500 Internal Server Error"

When you see this error it is because your host has installed protection on your system.  No longer do they allow for 777 rights anywhere within the user directory.

Change the Folders and Files to 755. 
? components/com_mh2treasury
? components/com_mh2treasury/ipn

When you check the IPN link from the backend, you will see this error.

Are you loading IONCube for anything on your site?  If so, it disables Zend when running.

Date has been taken care of -- you can now upgrade to 2.29

If you are not at the latest version of 2.28, the first thing I would do is to upgrade.

I will be in the code later on today to add a new feature, if you are verified running 2.28 I will examine the issues you described.

Scroll Speed of 0 and immediate refresh does not work as people would like at the moment. 

I will be changing it in the future to allow it to work as requested.  At this time, the system must be in scroll mode for you to see the refresh.

Have to take care of a few errands today, but will get to a configuration later tonight.

If you can get me FTP access, I can try to determine what is going on with it.
