Then there is not much that can be done. The system requires an active database that it can create tables, read/write the data. Without that, the system cannot work. The only other thing you can try is to set the database, username and password to the same as your mambo/joomla installation.
I cannot believe that your host is stating that you cannot have access to your SQL, that is part of any standard web hosting. I would relate it to buying a car and the dealership only giving you the valet key because of a security risk. You bought and paid for the service, yet they are restricting you? In my humble opinion, I would find a new host.
I apologize, but I cannot stand when hosts take advantage of their customers. These are the questions you should be sending to them, they are the ones who can fix your issues. Unfortunately, without the access -- we cannot do too much.

Hello folks, I installed MH2 member component in my joomla web site and I configured settings, member groups etc. But it display strange characters instead of Turkish characters Can you help me? Thanks... Probably based on your template ISO settings. Look at the index.php file in your template directory and set it for the correct language. There is also a setting in your global configuration for language. Make sure that is set as well.

Hello folks, I installed MH2 member component to my joomla web site and I did all settings, configurations, groups of members etc. but I do not know how to display this MH2-member component on my web site's front-end ??!
Go into your menu editor and add a link to the component. That is all you need to do.

Well, the first error is coming from your template (yoo_evolution) and the second looks to be from the shoutbox.
My suggestion at this time is to go into the shoutbox config and turn off the modal popup and select inline under the component options.
