Hello there, i have to install ventrilo module on my joomla portal ... i downloaded the encode program... but i have no clue of what to do with it, should i transfer some files on webserver or whatever?

You don't need to download "encoding" programs.  Your web host should be able to install the Zend Decoder with no issues.
