I hope I didn't repost this as I didn't see it anywhere on the Forums. How do you set Treasury to auto reset Top Donators every month? Is this possible?

You don't. 
The way the Top Donators works is an all time thing.  It sounds like you are looking for a current cycle display as that resets each cycle.
