With your web installation, do you have the standard required ZIP libraries installed?

Are you running a web host manager?  Apache?

If you are running Apache, you can go through the configuration system and make sure that you select the ZIP libraries to install.

Can you create a php file with the following information:

Code:
<?php
phpinfo
();
?>

Please let me know the URL where that file exists so that I can review and possibly make a more educated suggestion
