Can you verify that your "administrator/components/com_mh2shoutbox/includes" directory is set to 755 please

Are you using IIS or apache?  What is the URL?  If you can PM me connection information, I can run some tests.

If you can get me FTP access, I can try to determine what is going on with it.

All I would need is the /administrator/components/mh2_shoutbox and /components/mh2_shoutbox directories.
