I installed shoutbox but i need to adjust time in local format, the date and time display is server time and not italian time
How can i do it?

Another question:

if i set in confg----> module

scroll speed =0

Handling of new shouts: immediate refresh

When i shot a message the list of all message in the box apper blank and i need to refresh all site

I'd like to immediate refresh with no scroll message!can i do it?

Thanks!  Wink

In the shoutbox config, under the module tab there is a place for setting the date and time format.

When you set the scroll speed to 0 it is paused as I am sure you already know.

When the system gets a new shout, it starts again at the bottom.

In the current configuration, you cannot do what you are trying to do.  I MAY readdress this in the future, but at this time it is intended to be a scroller.

You are trying to adjust the actual time not the format?

Can you PM me FTP information so that I may test a new option to see if the automatic TimeZone calculation will work?

No worries, I have updated the shoutbox to 1.15.  I have included your time offset request and a timer function for another request.

I was planning on trying something else, but decided to give the option as requested.  Roll Eyes

Mick i found another bug...

if i set Date/Time Field Position: end of line the Server Time Offset: don't work and the space between date and time is ok...

otherwise   i set Date/Time Field Position: after name the Server Time Offset work fine.

bye, Alex
