Scroll Speed of 0 and immediate refresh does not work as people would like at the moment.

I will be changing it in the future to allow it to work as requested. At this time, the system must be in scroll mode for you to see the refresh.

I would love to be able to tell you, but it was not something that I had planned. There will be some reworking of the system in order to achieve this and I am in the middle of a few more things.

Best guess is that I will not return to this project for a couple weeks at the earliest.

Again, to reiterate ... this was meant to be a scrolling marquee. There are some substantial changes to make it operate in a non-scrolling manner. I have not had time to even research this to see how I am going to integrate it in. I apologize, but I do not have a time frame of when I will be able to revisit this.
