I see that the registration has gone through but the check has never been completed.  I think there may be a few things that could cause this.  One may be the permissions on the administrator/components/com_mh2shoutbox may need to be verified as 755.

What is the full URL of the site, when I goto zendia.dk all I get is a logon page that does not seem to be a Mambo or Joomla installation.

I have tried to connect to your site to see what is happening.  The initial loader is not Joomla ... is it installed in a sub?  If you can PM me the info so that I could check things out that would be great.

In order to diagnose the problem, I need to establish where the issue is.  Without being able to connect to your site, I cannot do that.

I am sorry, but I do need to see it so that if there is an issue that I need to address I can do that for all.

My system tracks the unbranding requests and after reviewing it, I have seen that you have never checked for unbranding.

I am not sure if you are aware, but there is only a single version of the products that are written by MH2.  The unbranding mechanism used is a paypal verification.  Once received, the current software you are using will allow for you to turn off the system branding.  It is wholly automated and restricted to the site that payment is linked to.

The logo is removable currently from the backend.

The text links are removed with the unbranding option.
