I am investigating the use of Smarty Template that will allow you to set up your screen/site however you wish.

In regards to the Requesting of the name:
? Backend Configuration
  >> Custom Fields
    >> Request User Name

Turn that field to "No"

I am not sure if you can modify the PayPal pages, so I cannot answer that one.

I do not take offense to any suggestion that can better the products I have written.  It only serves to further enhance them for everyone.
