There are many reasons why it would not be working.  Please provide your website so that I can look into it.  If you could also send me a screen print of your settings that could be helpful.

It looks like there is a setting in the Vent Admin Configuration that may not be checked. 

In the main admin "Server Properties" page under "Remote statusing returns"
Make sure that all information you will to be able to see is checked.

That should take care of it.
