We are no longer using the ventstatus program to communicate with the vent server, so that is not the issue.

Most likely you are not allowing ventrilo remote information via the ventrilo server setup.

Please PM me your vent connection information so that I may make sure on this server.

Has your hosting provider opened up the UDP port as specified many times throughout these forums?

The UDP port required is the one that you use to connect to your ventrilo server.
