I have installed and implimented MH2 directory for our business intranet. I plan shortly on paying for the non logo version. I am in need of a search tool that displays a link to the users. I cannot find a search anywhere in the program or online. Please help asap. We have 300 plus users to search through a list seems extremely long to browse through. Thanks for your help.

I can add that to the list, but it may be a little while until I can get it up there.

I am in the process of redoing a house.

OK --- So I had an epiphany and got the search function into the member directory.

You can now upgrade, the 2 changes are as follows:

In the config>>general section you have an option to turn on/off the search functionallity
In the front end, depending on the config, you will have a search box that will allow user entry and execute the search once enter is hit or focus is lost.

That should take care of it! Smiley

Thanks for the prompt response. A few questions, when I try to click on the upgrade button I get a page not found error. Is there an upgrade location I can go to?

Also I was wondering if you knew how I could sort the user names alphabetically rather than by entry number? I tried to look in the code that searched for the database fields but could not find it.

Thanks again for the prompt response. I really do like the software.

I will try to get a chance to add that to the code.  My question is, how are you looking in the code?

Just opening up the php files. Wanted to see if I could figure out where it was doing the sort at. I don't know much about php though.

We just did some repairs on my house, I understand how much time that can take.

Would it cause me to lose all my positions and user info if I just reinstall it? The info should still be in the database right?

Nope --- I don't remove the databases for just this reason.
