ive gotten my provider to forward the udp query ports but my module is still saying offline.... my ip is voice-il1.branzone.com:3932 ive gotten everything set up i think.....some ideas???

I just tested it on one of my boxes and it seems to be working. 

There is one of three things happening here:
[1] The port is not actually open (UDP Outbound 3932)
[2] The address in the back end should only be set at voice-il1.branzone.com (Do not add the port here)
[3] The ventstatus file needs to be chmod to (minimum) 744

Try those, if not -- let me know when I can jump on your vent and I will assist.

tried all those....still cant get it to work....got zend working..(there was one problem) but its still goofy.... i should be on monday. but my other admin samgunner will be on most of the weekend.... THanks in advance

Spoke with Sam and your hosting company.  I believe that your hosting company will only open ports if you pay them another yearly fee. 

Although I do not agree with that practice, it seems the only way for you to get them to open the necessary port through their firewall.
