after i click Check for Upgrade, it does nothing. I looked at the adress bar and it says this mosmsg=Failure+in+extracting+Upgrade+File. Have any ideas?

OK ... hmmm, it seems that your web host may not gzip installed, weird but not undoable.

The upgrade function is for ease of use for "most" sites.  The other way to do it is to download the current release and do a binary FTP upload of the files to their matching locations ... all but the config.mh2treasury.php file.  If you need help, PM me some contact info ... Teamspeak, Vent, phone, etc
