I recently installed a fresh install of Mambo and this is the first module I've attempted to install so I'm not sure if this issue is with this module alone or my site.  I installed just fine but when I edit the module through the Site Module page it looks nothing like your example pictures.  The only options I have is to edit the basic features like the Title, Module Order, Access Level, and at the very bottom is a blank box labeled Parameters.   Is this how it is supposed to look?  If so, where do I set my server address and stuff like that?

The second issue is when I publish this module it does not display on the main page correctly.  I get this error in the frame.

Warning: modules_html::include(C:/Inetpub/169thpanthers.com.au//modules/mod_mh2teamspeak.php) [function.modules-html-include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\169thpanthers.com.au\includes\frontend.html.php on line 213

Warning: modules_html::include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'C:/Inetpub/169thpanthers.com.au//modules/mod_mh2teamspeak.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php\includes') in C:\Inetpub\169thpanthers.com.au\includes\frontend.html.php on line 213

There are two // in teh first line and I'm assuming this is part of the issue but I have no idea where that is defined at.  I'm sure this all comes down to a loose nut behind the keyboard issue but please help.

There are certain requirements to running a web site, it looks as if you are attempting to run this on a home computer and in a windows environment.

You need to be running the following:
a standard version of PHP and
Zend public library

What is the true URL of your site?

Thanks for the response.  It is actually running on W2K3 SBS on a decent server.  I figured out the issue though.  The modules folder did not have the proper privileges for the IIS Anonymous account so it didn't copy the .php and .xml files to the folder.  Mambo showed it installed properly but it didn't.  Changed the permissions and it worked just fine.  Site isn't live yet so I don't have a link.

Oh, and another thing.  I found the line that was adding the two // and removed one.  It didn't help (obviously since the include didn't exist) and I added it back after I found the real issue so it looks like a non-issue.
