In regards to your requests:
[1] I will be working on an integration of templates for users to be able to better customize their sites.
[2] The MH2 Treasury is in the code, I will take a look for a future release to remove that or make it configurable.
[3] Please forward me the verbiage you would like on a "Tax Deduction" receipt, I will look into adding that as well.
[3] Just a quick question, do you have more than 3 people who have donated?

Did you happen to provide 5 separate emails to those 5 donations?
Without reviewing it, I believe that it goes by email.

 - Yes I have more then 3 donations.  They are all manual entery at this point, but I believe I entered 5.  The ones not showing are Identical in every field to the VerticalScope entry - other then the name is different.
